About the Division of Pediatric Critical Care

The Division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine provides critical care services for critically ill or injured infants, children, and adolescents who require admission to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of the NC Children’s Hospital. Our division works collaboratively with all other pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties to care for critically ill patients.
